Hong Kong Arbitration Week shines a spotlight on sustainability

Lucy Greenwood, Founder of the Campaign for Greener Arbitrations, was interviewed by HKIAC Secretary-General, Sarah Grimmer, at HKIAC’s ADR in Asia Conference, which took place during HK Arbitration Week 2020. Lucy identified the biggest culprits when it comes to the negative impact arbitration has on the environment, provided concrete steps on how to affect immediate change, and shared her views on how the pandemic may have helped in changing behaviours which could minimise the environmental footprint of arbitration.
