Arbitration Tech and Virtual Hearings Toolkit

The Campaign for Greener Arbitrations North America Committee is pleased to present the Arbitration Tech and Virtual Hearing Toolkit – a practical and concise summary of:

  • International arbitral institution rules applicable to virtual hearings and electronic communication, including links to applicable guides.

  • Technology resources for remote hearings.

We hope that this will provide a convenient toolkit for arbitrators and practitioners interested in conducting arbitrations in line with greener practices, such as those outlined in the CGA’s Green Protocols.

A special thanks to CGA North America Vice-Chair Sarah McEachern, Partner at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (Canada), and Hessam Mehrabi for designing and compiling the toolkit. For any comments and suggestions, please contact Ryan Hicks, Secretary to the CGA North America Committee, at ryan.hicks@freshfields.com. Please note that this toolkit is a summary and is not an exhaustive compilation.
