WAU2022 will hold 20 panels: 3 hybrid panels (in-person + virtual) and 17 virtual panels. On Monday of that week WAU2022 will be launched in Bogota holding a hybrid panel (in-person + virtual) on “Community Consultations and Environmental Protection in International Arbitration: Communities, Stakeholders and Investment Projects”; on Wednesday, from Singapore with the panel “The Actions of Russia, Countermeasures and Resulting International Disputes, Including Investor-State and Commercial Arbitration”; and closing on Friday September 30, from Washington D.C. with the panel “ICSID Rules Amendments”.
