The State of Green Arbitrations: The Role of Virtual Hearings

The North America Committee - CGA and Holland & Knight LLP invite you to a reception and informative discussion on whether virtual arbitrations are here to stay, how to improve them, and how to conduct greener arbitrations. The event will take place on October 27, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at the Miami office of Holland & Knight, located at 701 Brickell Avenue, Suite 3300, Miami, Florida. Drinks and hors d'oeuvres will be served.

The program will begin with a short presentation by Olivier André (Client Relationship Advisor, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer), who will discuss the campaign, the Green Protocols and the Green Pledge, followed by a panel discussion with Chris Campbell, Esq., MCIArb. (He/Him) (Senior Counsel, Litigation, Baker Hughes), Adolfo Jimenez (Head of International Arbitration, Holland & Knight), Noiana Marigo (Head of International Arbitration, Americas, Freshfields), and Patricia Saiz (International Arbitrator & Professor of International Arbitration, Esade).
